孫國倫

I am a pharmacist in the Department of Pharmacy at Taipei Medical University Hospital and an adjunct lecturer at the School of Pharmacy, Taipei Medical University, where I lead clinical teaching for pharmacy interns and PGY pharmacists. I hold a master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Chang Gung University. With a background in pharmacology and clinical pharmacotherapy, my teaching links drug mechanisms to the medication decisions made for real patients.

Clinical practice　I take part in the hospital's antimicrobial stewardship and infection control programs, helping clinical teams choose appropriate antibiotics, doses and durations to reduce unnecessary use and resistance. I also manage investigational products for clinical trials, making sure receipt, storage, dispensing and accountability records meet regulatory requirements.

Teaching and digital tools　I plan training for interns and newly hired pharmacists, and turn course materials into web apps that work on any phone: a pharmacist licensing exam generator, AI standardized-patient counseling practice, an immersive VR chemotherapy-spill course, and game-based drills such as PharmQuest and a pharmacy fire-response game. I have also built tools for frontline colleagues, including an emergency drug dose checker, a cancer pharmacotherapy guideline lookup and a weekly pharmacy journal digest.

我是北醫附醫藥劑部藥師，也是臺北醫學大學藥學系兼任講師，負責實習生與 PGY 藥師的臨床教學。我在長庚大學基礎醫學研究所取得碩士，背景是藥理學與臨床藥物治療學，教學時著重把藥理機轉和病人身上的用藥決策連起來。

臨床業務　我參與院內抗生素管理與感染控制，協助臨床團隊選擇合適的抗生素、劑量與療程，減少不必要的使用與抗藥性。我也負責臨床試驗藥品管理，讓試驗用藥從接收、儲存、調劑到帳務紀錄都符合規範。

教學與數位工具　我負責實習生與新進藥師的訓練規劃，也把教材做成手機打開就能用的網頁：藥師國考模擬試題、AI 標準化病人的用藥諮詢練習、沈浸式 VR 化療溢灑課程，還有藥學大富翁、火災防衛戰這類遊戲化演練，讓學員可以反覆練習。另外也開發急救藥品劑量查核、癌症藥物治療指引速查、藥學期刊週報等工具，支援第一線同仁的日常工作。
